When booking an appointment, please provide accurate information, including your full name, contact details, selected service, preferred staff member, date, and time.

7. Arrival time
Please arrive approximately 5 minutes before your appointment.
Arriving on time helps us serve all clients with consistency and respect for everyone’s schedule.
8. Late arrivals
If you are late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Appointments delayed by more than 10 minutes may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, depending on the schedule and availability.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling policy
We respect everyone’s time and try to serve every client with consistency and professionalism.
If you cannot attend your appointment, we would appreciate being informed as early as possible.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the appointment time.

10. No-shows
If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, this may affect your future appointment availability or service priority.
